Cancellation Policy

 

• Free cancellation up to 14 days before date of booking.

• We don't accept credit cards as we are a small operation. Payment is by bank transfer, we will send you the details on receipt of your booking request.

• 50% of total booking will be charged if cancelled between 7 – 14 days of booking.

• 100% of total booking will be charged if cancelled within 7 days or less of booking.

• If we can refill the rooms you will only be charged for losses incurred.

Check in Policy

• Check in 3.00pm – 7.00 pm, check out 10.00 am.

• Early or late check in/checkout available on request but will be subject to availability at the time.

• No minimum nights stay required

• A booking in considered confirmed once deposit has been made

• The property is an entirely smoke and vape free environment.
